We are accredited

We are accredited by the BC College of Physicians and Surgeons to perform antigen testing and PCR sample collection, as well as mobile testing. You can come to us or we can go to you.

Close partnership with a fully accredited laboratory

Our PCR laboratory is fully accredited as well, and works closely with us which allows us to provide specialized services such as the same day express PCR. We can also find out the status of your sample at any time. Other facilities use larger labs where your samples go into a black hole until results arrive.

We are first and foremost a medical clinic, with experienced physicians and nurses. We are very experienced with COVID travel testing to help make your testing experience smooth and efficient.

Where do I go for my appointment?

Testing is performed at #160 - 8980 No. 3 Road (No. 3 and Francis). There is free parking anywhere in the lot.

How long is the appointment?

Each appointment will be no more than 10 minutes. We will take a sample and then send it to our lab partner for testing, or in the case of Antigen Tests we will run it on-site.

How do I get my results?

For Antigen tests, we will provide you with your results before you leave. We can also email you your results if you request that before you leave. For PCR, we email you the results after the laboratory provides them to us.

What is the difference between a PCR test and an Antigen Test?

Proof of a negative PCR (or NAAT) test result is required by many destinations prior to boarding your flight. PCR tests are processed by a laboratory using Health Canada Approved test assays. Proof of a negative Antigen Test is accepted by some destinations. Antigen Tests are run on-site by Live Well Medical staff.
